Coolibar Athlete Sponsorship Application
Thank you for your interest in Coolibar’s 2012 Athlete Sponsorship Program. Coolibar wishes to connect with the athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who practice safe sun. You motivate others through your extraordinary actions, and we want to share your inspirational stories with the Coolibar community.
If you think you have what it takes to become a Coolibar Sponsored Athlete, check out our FAQ page and profiles of 2011 Coolibar Outdoor Athletes, then fill out this online application form. All fields are required except where noted as optional. Once you click ‘submit’ you won’t be able to make any modifications, so we suggest you compose your answers in a separate document, then cut and paste into the fields.
The last day to apply for our sponsorship program is Sunday, April 15, 2012.

This sounds awesome, I wear coolibar all the time I have to or I can’t go outside. Since I started wearing the products my family loves that I can go out and do things from playing in the park to sports or just a leisure setting in the yard. Thank you coolibar
